Arrive at the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica on November 26th - December 1st.
Get picked up and escorted to a private plane to take you directly to the retreat center at Imiloa (More details here.) as well as back to the airport once the retreat is over.
A typical day looks like (with many surprises sprinkled in):
Morning activity (yoga, meditation, etc)
Breakfast 8am
Workshop 10am-12pm
Lunch 12:30pm
Workshop 2-4pm
Free time - spa services, excursions
Dinner 6:30pm
Evening time is for ceremonies or free time as well
Accommodations:

2 VIP spots available include private villas for your luxurious stay overlooking the ocean and mountains.
Accommodations for 2 person villas, and 3 person domes are available as well.
