Refund and Cancellation Policies for VIP Coaching
Initial Consultation:
- Cancellations or rescheduling for the initial consultation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you may reschedule without penalty. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session.
Ongoing Sessions:
- For regular coaching sessions, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled session, it will be considered a late cancellation.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Program Commitment:
- Enrollment in the VIP coaching program signifies a commitment to the entire duration of the program. Early termination by the client will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the program.
Initial Deposit:
- The initial deposit required to secure your spot in the VIP coaching program is non-refundable. This deposit confirms your commitment and reserves your place in the program.
Program Fee:
- Once the program has started, the full program fee is non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure your commitment to the program and to maintain the integrity and quality of the coaching experience.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will require supporting documentation.
